Michelle Wald was formerly US General Manager for Tony’s Chocolonely. She candidly discusses the world wide problem of Slave produced chocolate and how Tony’s Chocolonely has been exerting its socially conscious change. Tony’s is a household name in the Netherlands and a favorite in Europe. It continues to be greatly accepted and recognizes growing consumption in the US. Their goal is to create 100% slave free chocolate. Michelle spent 2 decades in business strategy, sales, and operational functions in the Consumer Packaged Goods space; including executive positions with Nike Corporation in both the US and Europe.
